Google Voice is one of the best ways to make free Internet phone calls. This telecommunication service provided by Google is commonly used to connect to your phone and make calls for free. It can also be used to make free PC to phone calls and free PC to PC calls. With Google Voice, you can also send free SMS to email, send voicemail messages, make a conference call, block any unwanted calls and more.

How to Use Google Voice
1. Sign up Google Voice using your Google Account
2. Click on the Get a Google Number button to get your free phone number
3. Click the Call button
4. Enter a phone number in Number to call (US or Canada phone number only)
5. Choose a Phone to call with then click Connect
6. Google will connect the call to you for free

You can also use Google Voice to make free calls from PC or Mac to phone by installing Video and voice plug-in and make free calls from PC to PC using Google Talk software. Beside that, Google Voice is also available as a web app for Android, BlackBerry, and iPhone users.

Please take note that the free calls you make with Google Voice must be to the numbers in the US or Canada. Calls to number outside these 2 countries such as U.K., France, Germany, China, Japan and many more countries will incur fee as little as $0.02 per minute (Check out some sample per-minute rates). The good news is Google is planning to expand this service to additional countries in the future. Free phone calls with Google Voice are limited to three hours. However, you can continue to make a free call to the same number again and again.
