If you found your account is currently signed in from any other locations, what you need to do is click a big red Sign Me Out button to disconnect a potentially unauthorized user. Yes, you might think that it can be done through web browser, but the point of Sign Me Out is that you can do it quickly and easily from wherever you are.

The full version of the app is costs $0.99, you can add as many accounts as you want. If you just want to give it a try or only need to use one account, the free lite version will work just fine for you. Both are available in the iTunes App Store.
